ANTHONY FEDOROV

Born in Ukraine and raised in the Philadelphia and New York areas, Fedorov got his start performing in Russian restaurants and later became known to over 30 million weekly viewers as the "tracheotomy kid," who placed in the top 4 on one of the highest-rated seasons of "American Idol" (Season 4). Notable stage credits include the RENT revival (dir. Michael Grief, New World Stages), The Fantasticks Off-Broadway, and the title role of Joseph…Dreamcoat (various regional and international tours). In 2014, Paz and Fedorov released indie music (“Every Little Thing” under the duo name Auraganix), earning Tune Core’s #BillionsClub status with 28+ million streams.
They have since become an emerging contemporary musical theatre writing team with several projects in development including “Proud Marys” (NAMT Fest ’24, Johnny Mercer Foundation Writers Grove at Goodspeed Musicals, Frank Young Fund Writers Residency Grant recipient - East West Players), “Hash tag America,” (conceived by Paz and Fedorov, with book by Nik Walker, music & lyrics by Fedorov with additional lyrics by Kyle Carter), and “4th and GOL - A Miserable JETS Fan Story” which received early development support at JMF Writers Grove Residency. Fedorov has written for artists including Britain’s Got Talent winner Jai McDowell ("I Begin Again," 2011) and has numerous song placements with frequent collaborator Latin Grammy® Award-winning producing partner Jeeve Ducornet.
A proud member of BMI, Fedorov's sync placements and commissioned songs for national campaigns include "Our Story is One" for the BIC - Baha'i International Community, "Enough is Enough" for Moms Demand Action, "The Power of a Girl" for The Mona Foundation, Seth Rogan's "Future Man" on Hulu ("I Wanna Know What Love Is" - Russian version), The Ellen Degenerous Wildlife Fund, SoCal Gas, among others.

JENNIFER PAZ
(book and co-conceiver)
With a passion for “hook and heart,” husband and wife creative team Anthony Fedorov and Jennifer Paz are on a musical quest to combine their love of pop music with authentic storytelling. Most recently, their project “Proud Marys” was presented at NAMT FEST ‘24 and is currently in development. A self-described “recovering dead ingénue,” actor, writer, producer, Paz was born in Manila and raised in the Seattle area. Her notable credits include Miss Saigon, Les Misérables, Flower Drum Song, and she is also known as the voice of “Lapis Lazuli” in the GLAAD Media Award-winning, Emmy Award-winning, and Peabody Award-winning cult series “Steven Universe.”
After years of performing, Paz pivoted into writing and producing and has several projects in development. She was named Winner of the 2024/2025 APAFT (Asian Pacific Friends of the Theater) Emerging Playwright Award, a 2025 NBC TV Writers Program Finalist, a 2024/2025 Dramatists Guild Foundation National Fellowship Finalist, and has earned a dozen screenwriting accolades for her original screenplays, including Winner of Outstanding Screenplays TV Pilot Competition 2021 and placements with ScreenCraft 2022, the Academy Qualifying HollyShorts Screenwriting Competition 2021, and Stage 32 TV Comedy Screenwriting Contest 2021, among others. Her scripts earned spots on the Coverfly All-Time Red List.
